Home Front Update

20/10/19 20:29 Some good news to report from the home front. First, I will be taking a new job with my existing employer which should result in a pay raise after the start of the New Year.

Second, research on relocation sites has proven beneficial in recent weeks yielding at least a dozen potential places that should be suitable for the development of the "real" Part 15 AM Radio station in the future. Right now there are small towns and suburban communities located in ten different states that are under consideration. Ultimately I plan to choose the one that offers the least amount of technical and environmental obstacles that exist at the current location making it near impossible to broadcast a listenable signal even close to what is expected for the kind of transmitter and station I have. Other important factors include cleaner air which will benefit my sinus condition and also a reasonable proximity to one or more people that I am at least acquainted with or are a part of my family or social circle.

Plans to start looking for a new property in these communities will begin after the start of the New Year. Hopefully before the end of next year, I will have one purchased and can then gradually relocate during the year 2021. Development of the radio stations will begin immediately after relocation is finished.

Lastly, my property tax bill has not increased for a second straight year!
